All return requests must be sent in writing via E-mail or Whatsapp to Oredo Gps Parts. Note that all OEM Oredo Gps are identified by a unique code or marking. Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be accepted for returns.
Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded.Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (Excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company and verified by a Oredo Gps representative) will not be refunded.
Returning parts is the responsibility of the customer and Oredo Gps must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is shipped. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Oredo Gps will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense.
Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting team. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part is verified and inspected.
For any device returned within 6 months of installation, a rental fee of 400.00 INR Per Month is applicable + Installation charges of 400.00 is applicable. Balance amount from the amount received at the time of device purchase will be credited to the customer after inspection of the device.
