This is a legal agreement between Customer and Oredo Gps Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the use of Hosted Software. By using any version of Hosted Software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If Customer does not agree to this agreement, Customer may not use Hosted Software.
Definitions
Hosted Software – means the specific software located in Oredo Gps Data Center.
Update – means a revision or patch that improves the functionality of Hosted Software, and may contain new features or enhancements.
Hosted Software License
Oredo Gps Solutions Pvt Ltd to Customer a time limited access to Hosted Software. Access is non-assignable, non-transferable, without the right to sub-license.
Documentation License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement,Oredo Gps Solutions Pvt Ltd to Customer a non-assignable, non-transferable license, without the right to sub-license, to use the Documentation in connection with Customer’s authorized use of Hosted Software. Customer may not reproduce or distribute the Documentation in any manner, whether physically or electronically, without the express written permission of Oredo Gps Solutions Pvt Ltd
Language file License
Hosted Software is provided with all available language files.
Ownership
Hosted Software and source codes belong to Oredo Gps Solutions Pvt Ltd. Source code files are not provided.
Up-time
Oredo Gps guarantees 99.99% server up-time. This excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, DDoS attacks, force majeure and hardware failures within your server.
Technical Support
Oredo Gps agrees to provide Customer with technical support services which include periodic distribution of bug fixes and minor enhancements as Updates. Technical support e-mail inquiries are accepted at any time and will be answered during normal Oredo Gps business hours. Oredo Gps will attempt to respond to inquiries within 12 hours for requests from Monday to Friday and for requests received during the weekend, we will respond within 24 hours or the following Monday.
Updates
All Hosted Software updates will be installed automatically after they are released without any extra fee.
Payment and Delivery
Hosted Software will be prepared and activated within 24 hours if payment is received from Monday to Friday. If payment is received during the weekend, it will be prepared and activated following Monday. All access details will be sent via e-mail. Refunds are not possible.
Free Services and Charges
Our Charges : The technician charges are free for any sim issue within two months from date of installation.
Installation, Un-installation and Re-installation are always chargeable. These are not free services.

- Un-installation :600
- Sim Change : 300
The renewal charges and vendor details are as below.
Vendors:
- AirTel : 1,800.00 INR
- VI : 1,300.00 INR
- Jio : 1,600.00 INR
- Bsnl : 1,400.00 INR
- Server : 700.00 INR
Above charges are subject to change if above mentioned vendors change the pricing with us.
Changes
Oredo Gps may change this agreement at any time for any reason by posting the modified agreement on the website.
Alert
In future, if 2G , 3G network is close by our network vendor’s we are not responsible and also we can’t refund the sim and device amount ,as we are clearly mentioning as per your concern.
